Press Operator – qualified candidate needs to have at least 5 years experience in metal stamping, HS diploma, work safely in production environment, experience with progressive dies (presses), mechanical aptitude, ability to read micrometers and calipers, be able to perform quality checks and understand the paper work and instructions, hilo experience is preferred, good communication skills.

Quality Technician: Blueprint reading with GD&T., through knowledge & experience with standard measurement equipment, minimum 5 years quality experience, strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, S.P.C. experience, metal stamping experience (preferably with fasteners), preferably Associate Degree or higher, be able to perform 1st piece approval, be able to work with production associates to assure the proper usage of measurement instruments and inspection instructions.

Shipping/Receiving – qualified candidate needs to work safely, have high energy and be able to work in a fast past environment, must be detail oriented and work well with numbers, must be able to multi-task, well organized, good communicator, quality conscious, good with mathematics and working with numbers, have strong computer experience, be able to operate a hi-lo efficiently, must be able to load a truck within weight restrictions, be able to repeat processes and follow the instructions, must be able to maintain a pleasant working relationship with internal and external associates, must be self starting - and work proactively.

Quality Engineer - Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and experience with an automotive supplier, minimum 3 years experience in a Quality Engineer role, background with stampings and welded assemblies, familiarity with GD&T, use of measuring devices, checking aids / fixtures, mechanical testing and ISO-TS 16949 requirements, ability to cope with complex situations daily, strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, able to travel on short notice, exposure with the APQP process and associated quality documents, SPC, blue print reading.

Tool & Die Maker – qualified candidates must have a Diploma or GED and have completed a Tool & Die college apprenticeship program, as well as possess four years of experience in tool & die trade, die making, setting up and running tooling, be skilled in all aspects of machine shop operations, and possess the ability to manage projects and resources effectively, as well as an excellent work record, including attendance.

Production Supervisor – qualified candidate needs to have at least 5 years experience in metal stamping, Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is required, needs to be able to perform the following duties: train and supervise employees to ensure quality production, adherence to production standards, enforce company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and exhibit fair and consistent management practices, maintain and report accurate records of production counts, labor reporting and other documentation, plan, schedule and assign work as required, schedule changeovers, investigate and respond to quality problems, tooling, and equipment problems, follow up and coordinate with maintenance, tool room, and quality, assist and promote the team concept in manufacturing by scheduling, supporting and attending meetings, training sessions, special projects, etc.

Maintenance/Machine Repair (Journeyman) – qualified candidate must have experience in a manufacturing environment repairing and troubleshooting pressroom equipment (stamping presses as well as press feeders and machine tools), needs to have Journeyman certification, will be responsible for the repair of stamping related equipment; perform equipment and infrastructure preventive maintenance, may also perform some automated machine and welding equipment maintenance as well as building maintenance.
